Who cares if there are a few clouds if it’s -24°C with the wind chill? I’m also not especially interested in the damn dewpoint. I’m not interested in much, frankly, when my lips are chapped, my eyes are frozen and static electricity zaps me at regular intervals.
Maybe for fun I’ll take a look at the weather in Winnipeg or Yellowknife. That might cheer me up.
It’s also time to start a new book club book — Suite Française. I’m looking forward to this one — looks like it will be an excellent read.
