I emailed Roombie’s parents and they understood his bashing the furniture issue. They are sending a special bumper extension to cure this bad habit. It should arrive in 3-4 weeks. I was very impressed with their customer service!
In the meantime I picked up some foam craft stuff in Chinatown. It’s orange, oddly shaped (I am not sure what the pattern is supposed to be) and very sticky. So far it seems to help a bit.
I am not totally thrilled with my vacuuming arsenal however. I really feel that my life won’t be fully complete until I get a Dyson Ball. But those babies are not cheap and I already have a perfectly good canister vac from Sears. I don’t love it but it does the job. But somehow just doing the job is not meeting my needs.
