Harhay Construction Management doesn’t make me weep…

The Tarion booklet for new condo owners says: We want you to feel at home from the moment you open the door!

Well that can be hard when there are 69 deficiencies on your Pre-Delivery Inspection form.

I was worried at first. Was this the right decision? Will all this stuff get fixed?

Will I cry everyday until I can get some fool to buy this hell-hole?

The answer is that there will be very little weeping if the builder cares about customer service.

Harhay Construction Management cares. I can say nothing but good things about them. Things are getting fixed in a timely manner and everyone is very professional and pleasant.

That’s it — nothing funny today. Just a little bit about a positive customer service experience — something we all could use a little more often.
