Andy Warhol’s screen tests are a series of silent film portraits consisting of several-minute unbroken shots of Factory regulars, Warhol superstars, celebrities, guests, friends or anyone he thought had star potential.

Warhol captured people like:

Edie Sedgwick

Bob Dylan

I sat for my own screen test at the Warhol museum in Pittsburgh. Sadly, no star potential revealed…

This was just discovered on a colleague’s computer — it was titled “camera test.” It was taken when we were in our temporary offices at work — so around December, 2009. I put it on YouTube because I have no shame — and I think I look pretty cute. (Notice how my two office mates are totally unmoved!)
